By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Appointments & bookings

• Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person at the salon.
• We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible — we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.
• New colour clients will be required to have a skin test at least 48 hours before their first colour appointment.

Deposits & payments

• Certain services may require a deposit to secure your booking.
• Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment.
• Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment. We accept [insert accepted payment methods, e.g. card, cash, online payments].

Cancellations & no-shows

• We understand that life happens, but please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in your deposit being retained or a cancellation fee being applied.
• Clients who miss appointments without notice may be asked to pay a deposit for future bookings.

Gift vouchers & promotions

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Any promotions or offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Health & safety

• Please inform your stylist of any allergies, medical conditions, or recent treatments (such as cosmetic procedures) that may affect your service.
• We may refuse a service if we believe it could cause harm to your hair, skin, or health.
