Whats our cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that you give us 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment. This allows us to fill your appointment with a client from our cancellation list. Clients that don't comply with the policy will be asked for a deposit on their next booking.
Why do I need to pay a long hair supplement?
Gorgeous long locks require more time and colour to achieve desired results, it is essential to have a consultation first if you are unsure if this applies to you.
