Cancellation policies, deposits, or other important booking info:
  • A consultation is required before booking extensions so we can colour match and plan your application.
  • New client bookings require a 50% deposit. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
  • Same-day cancellations will be charged at 50%.
  • Please arrive on time so we can complete your service without it affecting other clients’ appointments.
